“Pre-decorated snap-together kit with interior lighting. Parts fit 8/10. Interior fitted with 6 mini bulbs fitted into light-guides with batteries in the display stand. Good effect but the blue nacelle filters tended to be greenish and batteries lasted about one hour.
After all the bulbs blew (possible overheating) I replaced them with blue and white LEDs, powered by a 12V plugpack some time in 2004. These still work!”
