“Out of Box” (that’s what I was told!)
Really enjoyed this as it got me out of my “modelling block”
For the exhaust pipes, I used Model Master Metalized Lacquer
“Stainless Steel”
For all other painting I used Tamiya Acrylic
For Spraying the bodywork I used Tamiya Rattle-can TS-49 (Bright Red)
Typical Tamiya, very well engineered & great fit throughout.
Still hate those Tyre-Stickers & their idea of “folding” stickers around the wing components. Tried to cover the decal disasters with Matt White.
Tried to introduce something unique with the masked “wiring cables” on the side-pods, and the badly battered underside of the car.
Later learned that the judges never look at the bottom of cars! Bugger!
As a totally out of the box model – I’m very happy with it!
Keep Fighting Michael!
