Monster Project (again!) !!! (Big thankyou to Phil (friend of Harry Edmond) whom I received this Magazine Set from.)
Plagued by quality issues throughout the standard plastic parts. Seamlines which were then painted and/or chromed over, requiring work & repainting. Same issues with where parts had been crudely removed from the sprue, leaving a “scar”, which was then crudely touched up, if at all.
Bad engineering, especially of mechanical parts.
However, end result is quite pleasing as it depicts the subject well, mainly due to the extensive after-market parts, which probably cost about the same as the “expensive” under-whelming kit parts.
