Basic ME 109E3 . This kit has been around for a long time and does build into a nice early War 109. The kit is nicely molded with in-scale recessed panel lines. The cockpit is fairly sparse and I added the fuel lines and other plumbing from spare Eduard PE and the spare box. Eduard PE Luftwaffe seatbelts were also added to improve the cockpit. The aircraft was painted with SMS acrylics and weathered with oils. I used AK Engine oil and Tamiya pastels for exhaust stains. The aircraft was painted to represent and early mount of Adolf Galland.
